Ted Baker Charged Me but No Order Confirmation

On February 17, I placed an order with Ted Baker, and the payment was immediately deducted from my card. However, I never received an order confirmation email, tracking details, or any update regarding my purchase.

I reached out via the contact section on February 19, but they never responded. There is no phone number to call and no direct email support, making it impossible to get answers. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable!

Ted Baker, I demand an immediate resolution—either send my order or issue a full refund! Ignoring customers after taking their money is not how a reputable brand should operate.
