Ted Baker Charged Me but Sent No Order Confirmation

I placed an order on May 31st through Ted Baker Türkiye, and the payment was deducted from my card, but I never received an order confirmation email. This is extremely concerning, as I have no way to track my order.

On June 1st, I sent a message through the contact section, but no one has responded. There is no phone number or proper customer service email, making it impossible to get help.

I demand that Ted Baker Türkiye either process my refund immediately or ship the shoes I paid for. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable.
