Armani Exchange Bag Leather Peeling and Stitching Issues After 8 Months

On January 6, 2024, I purchased a bag for my daughter from Armani Exchange. Despite careful use, the leather has started peeling, and the stitching areas are falling apart after just 8 months. When I visited the store to address the issue, I was told that since 6 months had passed, nothing could be done.

I paid ₺5000 for this bag, expecting quality and durability. It’s unacceptable for such an expensive product to fall apart in less than a year. I request Armani Exchange to take responsibility for this issue and provide a replacement or repair. A product at this price point should not deteriorate so quickly. Please resolve this matter promptly.
