On June 21, 2024, I purchased an Armani Exchange bag from Boyner. Shockingly, after just two days of use, the leather started peeling. I handled the bag with extreme care and never even placed it on the floor, yet it showed clear signs of poor material quality.
I returned the bag to Boyner on July 4, 2024, for an inspection, and they assured me I would receive a result within 21 business days. However, despite waiting over 30 business days, I received no response and had to personally visit the store to get an update.
To my surprise and disappointment, the claim was rejected, with no valid explanation. How can a high-end brand like Armani produce a bag that peels in two days and then refuse to take responsibility? This is unacceptable!
From now on, Armani is no longer a brand I trust. Boyner, I demand a proper resolution! Has anyone else experienced this? I expect an immediate response!
