Barbour X Ganni Jacket Peeling and Fading Too Quickly

I purchased the Barbour X Ganni jacket, expecting high quality, but within a short period of use, the sleeves started pilling excessively, and the color began to fade. The fabric feels weak and low-quality, completely failing to meet my expectations for a premium brand.

For such an expensive jacket, it is unacceptable that it looks worn-out and aged after minimal wear. This is a clear manufacturing defect or a serious quality issue. I am requesting a replacement or a full refund, as this level of deterioration is unreasonable for a brand of this caliber. I expect Barbour to address this issue promptly and honor its commitment to customer satisfaction.
