TEB ATM Swallows My Money, No Trace!

Hello, I attempted to deposit ₺2000 at the TEB ATM on Atışalanı Street in Yenidoğan neighborhood, Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, using my Enpara credit card. Date: 20/02/2024 Time: 19:40-19:45 ATM No: TEB01818. Despite depositing the money, the ATM displayed "Your money is being returned." Although it returned my card, it failed to dispense my money. I urgently require the return of my missing funds and seek an immediate explanation and resolution from TEB bank regarding this concerning issue. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
