TCL Türkiye Does Not Provide Service for AC Installation
TCL Turkey's contracted technical services did not install the TCL brand air conditioner I purchased online. I informed TCL Türkiye customer service about my negative experience, but they did not provide me with a solution. They did not assist even though I stated how they could assist me, the importance of customer experience, everyone working for the brand from the sale of the product to the installation of the brand represents the brand, and the customer who has a problem in any link of this chain will blame it on the brand. Despite my request that they direct me to another technical service in the city where I live, they chose to remain silent on the phone. TCL Turkey, which is tasked with selecting these employees and ensuring their efficient and solution-oriented work, does not adequately and efficiently represent the brand. I would not prefer a brand that does not care if the customer sells the product.
I'm updating the situation so that friends don't experience the same victimization. No one calls or inquires, and when you call, they speak as if mocking you. There are hundreds of victims like me. I've taken it to court now.
