TCL Air Conditioner Installation Woes and Hidden Charges

I bought a TCL air conditioner, but I'm having trouble scheduling the installation through their service. I was told they would arrive on Monday, so I eagerly awaited their arrival, but they never arrived, and there was no communication. They had actually scheduled the appointment for a week later. I tried again the following Monday, but there was still no word from them. I finally got them to come on Tuesday, but they changed their minds at the last minute and moved the installation to Friday. They arrived three hours late, around 12:00, on the appointed day, despite having promised to arrive at 9:00. To make matters worse, despite advertising free installation, they suddenly demanded 2,000 TL while installing it in the building. They claimed they had to release the gas inside the air conditioner when I reminded them of my right to free installation. They left the unit in a faulty state, and it is no longer cooling. I will not recommend this brand to my friends; the brand-new air conditioner is merely a wall decoration.
