TCL Air Conditioner Installation Delay

I bought a TCL air conditioner from BİM market on June 9, 2024. I scheduled an installation appointment through customer service, and they said the authorized service would call me that day. However, the service scheduled me for 20 days later. I called customer service again and requested installation by another service listed on their website, but they claimed the site was not updated and that they only work with a single service 60 km away in Mersin. I want this air conditioner installed immediately or to return it within the legal period and buy from a company that guarantees same-day installation. I don’t want to be inconvenienced despite paying for the product.
