Scheduled Air Con Installation Appointment Not Taking Place
We purchased two air conditioners and the service provided a scheduled day but didn't specify a time. Currently, we're stuck at home, unable to leave. When I call customer service, they say the installation isn't ready and they're waiting to hear from the technician. They promise to reschedule, but what does that mean for us? Are we expected to endure another 10 days of Adana's scorching heat? I urgently need a response today and confirmation that the installation will happen as planned. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience, and hope they can resolve it promptly, these guys are not regulars, they sell to the world now and if they can't solve this, they're in big trouble I say.

After the complaints, I was called and the service, which was said to arrive in 1 hour, came 2.5 hours later, and the 12 + 24 BTU air conditioners were installed in 2 hours. The workmanship was careless and asymmetrical, it was just a service that came to say "we came and installed it," and believe me, I removed and reinstalled the electrical cable connected to the air conditioner after the service left. By the way, they brought a pipe similar to aluminum as the installation pipe, not copper. In short, Arçelik has been a regret for me in every sense.
