In May 2025, I purchased a Tchibo Caffissimo Milk coffee machine from Vatan Bilgisayar’s official website. Since the very first day of use, the machine has not been heating properly — neither the coffee nor the milk comes out hot. I experience the same issue every single time I use it.
I have the invoice and warranty certificate for the product. So far, I haven’t contacted customer service or technical support, but I am now requesting that the product be repaired under warranty.
