Arçelik Imperium Barista Coffee Machine Not Heating Water

I purchased the Arçelik Imperium Barista coffee machine about three months ago, and since the day I bought it, I have been facing the same issue every time I use it: the machine does not dispense hot water and does not heat the water at all. Because of this problem, I called customer service, but I never received any response. I have the invoice and warranty certificate, and the product is still under warranty. I request a full refund to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
