Nespresso Lattissima Coffee Machine Produces Lukewarm Drinks

On January 13, 2025, I purchased a Nespresso Lattissima coffee machine from the Nespresso online store (Order No: 415 557 223 1). From the very first day of use, the machine has been producing lukewarm drinks, both espresso and milk-based beverages. Especially with lattes and cappuccinos, this issue significantly affects the enjoyment of the coffee. I tried preheating the cup and waiting for the machine to warm up completely, but the problem persists. When I tested the same model on another machine, the coffee came out much hotter. For a product in this price range, I expected much better performance. My machine is still under warranty. I kindly request support and a solution to this issue.

For the issue regarding coffee temperature, please follow the steps below and, if the issue persists, in order to resolve it without the need for a service process and to conduct a preliminary assessment, we kindly ask you to measure the temperature of the flowing coffee with a food thermometer during coffee preparation, and provide your contact information where you would like us to reach you. The glass surface of your cup may be affecting the temperature of the coffee. Please preheat the cup. If the temperature is much lower than the normal ideal temperature, your machine may need descaling. You can perform descaling using your machine’s Descaling Kit. Best regards
