Tango Did Not Credit Coins to My Account After Mobile Payment

The Tango software let me make a mobile payment, but the funds did not show up in my account. My payment receipt attests to my having successfully finished the payment process and having the amount taken from my mobile wallet. Still, the coins I bought haven't entered into my Tango account. I tried cleaning the app and even reseting my gadget, but the problem still exists. Using the in-app help centre, I contacted Tango's support team, but thus far I have not gotten any answer or fix. I depend on these money to attend live sessions, hence this is annoying. I respectfully want Tango to fix this, credit the coins I bought for right away.
