Tango App Deducted Money, but Coins Not Received

I made a payment on the Tango app, but the coins never appeared in my account. However, the amount was deducted from my bank account. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed on their end.
This is extremely frustrating. I paid expecting to receive the coins instantly, but nothing happened. Why is this issue occurring? I need my coins credited to my account immediately or a full refund if the transaction failed on your system.
Please resolve this as soon as possible. I trusted Tango to process payments correctly, and this kind of issue should not happen. I expect a prompt response and a solution.

What kind of irresponsibility is this? It's been hours and still no upload. The payment was made by card on Tango, but the upload hasn't happened. This needs to be resolved immediately. I made the upload today, it's been 9 hours and still no result. Otherwise, I will have to file a complaint with Consumer Rights.
