Coins Not Added to My Tango Account After Three Successful Transactions

I’ve loaded coins three times, but they have never been added to my Tango account. The transactions are marked as successful, yet no coins appear in my account. This has happened three times now, and I’m frustrated with the lack of resolution.
I’m requesting either the coins be added to my account or my money be refunded immediately. This issue needs to be fixed, as I’ve encountered the same problem repeatedly.
