I Sent Money via IBAN on Tango App but Didn’t Receive Tokens

I added funds to my Tango account by sending money through an in-app IBAN transfer, but the tokens never showed up in my account. Hours later, I received a code, but I have no idea what it’s for or where to enter it. This is confusing and frustrating because my money is gone, and I still don’t have the tokens I paid for.

When I contacted support, they just closed the chat after asking for feedback, offering no real help. This lack of proper customer service is unacceptable. I’m asking Tango to fix this immediately, credit my account correctly, and provide clear instructions on how to use the code. Other users should beware of this problem.
