When I purchased my flight ticket, I did not encounter any warning about not selling tickets to foreign citizens, despite Tailwind Airlines being a charter flight and me selecting my passport information and nationality, and my ticket was smoothly sold.
Not only was my ticket canceled by Tailwind Airlines, but also a deduction is made from the amount I paid as if I had canceled it. As per the relevant regulations, since the material elements of compensation situations have occurred; I request compensation for hotel expenses, transportation, rebooking fees, and compensation for the distress I have experienced.
