Tailwind Airlines Flight Cancellation and Problems with Online Check-In

The flight ticket I purchased from Tailwind Airlines on September 3, 2023, was canceled by Tailwind Airlines 20 hours before the departure due to being contacted by Enuygun company and being shown as a 'Turkmen citizen'. When I purchased my flight ticket, I did not encounter any warning about not selling tickets to foreign citizens, despite Tailwind Airlines being a charter flight and me selecting my passport information and nationality, and my ticket was smoothly sold.
Not only was my ticket canceled by Tailwind Airlines, but also a deduction is made from the amount I paid as if I had canceled it. As per the relevant regulations, since the material elements of compensation situations have occurred; I request compensation for hotel expenses, transportation, rebooking fees, and compensation for the distress I have experienced. Therefore, all my legal rights are reserved due to the situation caused by the distress.
