Tailwind Airlines €200 Upcharge, Rude Staff & Missed Seats

I spent an additional €200 to fly from Antalya to Munich, but I missed the morning flight and had to catch the afternoon one. Our flight schedule was modified to a morning flight. There were five of us, including two toddlers, so when we checked in, I requested consecutive window seats. They sat three persons in one row and assigned the front row to two others. When I inquired about it, the attendant chuckled and replied, "The plane is full, no available seats." I persisted, but she simply shrugged and said, "No seats available," with a grin. I stated my displeasure with her demeanor, but she continued to smirk and shrug. I don't understand why such people do not care about client pleasure. This was my first time using Tailwind, and it will be my last. Those contemplating this airline should search elsewhere for superior service.
