On 25.08.2023, I bought a flight ticket from Antalya to Stuttgart. The ticket showed Tailwind Airlines at 06:00. When I arrived at the airport, I waited for about 2 hours, and they said my name was not on the list. An agent came and said there was a mistake and that my flight was at 12:00 with Lufthansa.
When I called Ucuzabilet customer service, they insisted there was no mistake and that the ticket I received was correct. They also mentioned that my name appeared on Tailwind Airlines when checked. But I couldn't reach Tailwind Airlines as they didn't answer the phone.
When I called Lufthansa to inquire about my ticket, they said my name was on the list, but I couldn't trust them as they claimed my name also appeared on the other airline. When I checked Ucuzabilet's website, I noticed that my name was still listed under Tailwind Airlines, as I shared in a video. I called Ucuzabilet again.
When I called Ucuzabilet again, another representative told me that this time my name was transferred to Lufthansa and my flight was showing there. Since they were not clear about what they were doing, I asked why they didn't inform me if they were making changes. They blamed Tailwind Airlines for the confusion.
In summary, this is not a trustworthy company at all. If I wanted to deal with airlines, I would have bought my ticket from there. They do not provide any information, and none of these companies bothered to send a reminder message before my departure. Lufthansa even sent a reminder message one day before my arrival, but none of these companies bothered to do so. If Lufthansa had sent a message, maybe this problem would not have occurred. Moreover, three companies keep blaming each other for the issue.
