On July 7th, during our return from the Prontotour Budva trip, we arrived at Podgorica Airport at 3:30 PM for our 6:20 PM Tailwind Airlines flight (TW1948). Initially, the flight was delayed to 7:20 PM, and then again to 9:20 PM, without any explanation from the airline. Passengers had to rely on each other for information, as no staff provided updates. Despite the long wait, there were no refreshments or care provided, and due to the lack of seating at the airport, we were forced to sit on the floor. The flight finally took off at 9:40 PM, yet no complimentary service was offered, not even as an apology for the delay. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, I received my luggage, which was broken, despite having handed it over in perfect condition at Podgorica. Unfortunately, I couldn't report the damage due to our tight schedule. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and left us with a bad impression of the tour and airline.

They sent me a new suitcase for my broken one. I appreciate this approach. I hope they also find solutions for the situations experienced during the flight process.
