Victoria's Secret Complaint - Delayed Refund After Return

I bought something from the Victoria's Secret website on December 31, 2023, but ended up returning it because I wasn't happy with it. Even though I have submitted all the required return documents, the company insists that there is an issue with the shipment and has not issued a refund to me yet. I've been waiting for what feels like an eternity and I can't help but feel like I've been treated unfairly. I kindly request that my concern be promptly attended to and the problem resolved; otherwise, I may need to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
