My Swarovski Bracelet Lost a Piece - I Got No Warranty Support
The piece from my Swarovski 5658330 'Dad Bracelet' model, which bears the Swarovski symbol, fell off and disappeared. I bought it from the Ankara Ankamall store in February 2025. The problem occurred today, and I went to the store the same day to request support. However, the store employees said the missing piece wasn't under warranty and they couldn't help. They said the piece wasn't sold. You won't sell it to me anyway. If I'm going to return my product, which is under warranty, and leave empty-handed, why do you offer a warranty? My invoice information is available in the store system. I expect Swarovski to assist me in obtaining the missing piece and replacing it with my bracelet. I request that they compensate me for this inconvenience caused by the recent purchase of the product. Frankly, I wouldn't expect this from a brand like Swarovski. The brand has lost significant value in my eyes.
