Süvari Delivers Wrong-Sized Coat, No Customer Support Insight

I placed an order for a shirt and coat from Süvari on December 14, 2023. Although the shirts are satisfactory, the coat I ordered in size 50 turned out to be a size 58 upon arrival. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return it since it was shipped to Azerbaijan. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet the return deadline, as the 14-day window is quite short for deliveries to Azerbaijan. Süvari Customer Service lacks empathy, leaving us with a sense of blame.
