SurveyMonkey Free Plan Only Showing 10 Responses Instead of Promised 25

I created a survey on SurveyMonkey using a free membership and sent it to around 40 people for event feedback. It was clearly stated that the free plan allows viewing up to 25 responses. However, when I tried to view the results today, I could only see 10 responses, and I received a notification saying I needed to upgrade my plan to access all 25.

I contacted customer support through the “Contact Us” section, but I haven’t received a response yet.

I would like to be able to view the 25 responses promised under the free plan. I kindly request that this issue be resolved.
