Sürat Kargo Took 7 Days to Deliver My Package From a Nearby Branch

Sürat Kargo managed to deliver my package from a branch just 15 minutes away from my home in 5 days. Customer service said they would look into it, but 3 days passed, and nothing changed. My package was repeatedly marked as "customer unreachable" and postponed to the following days. When I contacted the branch, I was informed that 2,000 packages were waiting in transfer, and despite requesting additional staff and vehicle support from the headquarters, they received none. They said there was nothing they could do and that they were trying to distribute the packages slowly. I also request e-commerce companies not to work with Sürat Kargo. It took 7 days for my package to arrive from Ankara to my home in Eskişehir. Customer service and branch staff are both incompetent. They are completely useless.
