Last year, I purchased Nike shoes that started splitting open on the side within just two months. When I took them back to the store, they refused to accept the return. Naturally, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, which ruled in my favor and ordered a refund. However, almost a year has passed, and SuperStep still refuses to refund my money. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a ridiculous business practice. They are doing everything possible to avoid paying me back. As a last resort, I will pursue legal enforcement through the courts. I have the official ruling documents as proof. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
