I complained about SuperStep to Consumer Rights on 09.07.2024 with the complaint number 2024/1607.1807. The insides of the shoes I bought from SuperStep as Skechers ripped even though I used them for a few months. I complained to the Consumer Committee, but even though the committee has the right to return within 30 days, no one has gotten back to me. I complained to Consumer Rights again on 30.12.2024 with the complaint number 2024/0549.3896, but almost 1 year has passed. The shoes are just sitting there, no one has gotten back to me. SuperStep violated my rights, and on top of that, although I complained to Consumer Rights to seek my rights, no one has gotten back to me again. I am seeking my rights.
