SuperStep Refused to Accept Fault for My Damaged Nike Blazer Jumbo Shoes
The Nike Blazer Jumbo shoes I purchased from SuperStep were returned to me with the claim that the issue was due to user error. However, the tearing or splitting at the stitching areas is absolutely not a user-related fault. It is clearly a result of poor product quality. I will continue to pursue my rights through the Consumer Rights Court. This situation has negatively affected my psychological well-being. I will report this matter to the relevant authorities and make every effort to ensure that all consumers are aware of your disrespectful treatment towards customers. I do not forgive this injustice, nor do I consider my money well-earned by your company.
