Superprof Won’t Update My Profile Picture Despite “Updated” Message
I am a teacher on the Superprof platform. I’ve been trying to change my profile photo, but even though the system shows the message “updated,” the old photo remains, and the new one never appears. I have tried this process about 10 times from both my computer and mobile device, but the result is always the same. I haven’t received any error message or warning about file size or format.
My account is verified, and my username is s****@gmail.com.** The issue started on September 22, 2025, and has continued ever since.
I am requesting technical support on this matter and would appreciate assistance in updating my profile photo correctly.
