Superprof Didn’t Publish My Students’ Reference Comments

I use the Superprof app to give private lessons. Some of my students — who took lessons from me outside the platform — wrote reference reviews for me. However, these reviews are not appearing on my profile. Only one review is visible, and the others have not shown up at all.

A few students even wrote their reviews right in front of me, but they still never appeared on my account. I would really appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue and ensure that all my students’ reference comments become visible on my profile.
