Superbet Emptied My Account Balance After Password Change
On August 14, 2025, at around 08:23, my live betting account balance of approximately ₺52,000 on the Superbet website was reduced to zero. Just minutes earlier, at 08:17, I received an email stating that my account password had been changed. Despite having two-factor authentication enabled, my password was altered without my knowledge, and my balance was used up through games I did not play, leaving my account empty. I have screenshots and records of my account activity that clearly prove the balance was not lost through my own gameplay. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I had depleted the balance myself, and even in my previous complaint, no response was provided. My account had no bonuses or promotions active at the time. My username is J**. I request a full investigation into this matter and immediate reimbursement of my balance to resolve the unfair situation I have suffered.
