Ultrabet Account Hacked, Unauthorized Bets Placed And Balance Lost
On September 26, 2025, unauthorized bets were placed on my Ultrabet account, and my balance was reduced to zero. Right before the incident, I was suddenly logged out of my account, and immediately after that, I activated two-factor authentication. My account username is Ömer0000. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue.
I contacted customer service about the matter, but they told me that since another party accessed my account, no refund could be issued. However, I have never shared my account with anyone, and I took the necessary steps to secure my account as soon as the problem occurred.
I request that my lost balance be refunded. If necessary, I will escalate this complaint to all relevant authorities.
I lost 100k, no response, I definitely do not recommend it, stay away.
There has been no response at all, Ultrabet is a disappointment.
