Supertotobet Deleted My Winnings Over Bonus Merge I Never Approved

I deposited ₺500 into my Supertotobet account and started playing. After some time, I was repeatedly logged out of the site, and my balance would disappear and reappear. I kept re-entering to monitor the issue, and eventually, my balance reached ₺1826. I was just about to submit a withdrawal request when I noticed a ₺236 bonus showing in my balance—one I had never used or requested.

I contacted support and asked for the unused bonus to be removed so I could withdraw my actual winnings. But instead of honoring that, they claimed I had used a bonus code within 30 minutes of depositing and said my balance was merged with a bonus, which supposedly invalidated my winnings. They deleted ₺1326 from my account and only refunded the initial ₺500 deposit.
