Ultrabet Canceled My Withdrawal and Balance Was Lost Through Unauthorized Access
On September 19, 2025, around 9:00 AM, I placed a 2,600 TL withdrawal request on my Ultrabet account after winning from my last game. Within the same hour, my withdrawal was canceled without my consent, and my account was accessed to play games I never touched, resulting in my entire balance being lost. Despite having account security measures in place and being the only person who knows my password, this breach still occurred. I even take extra precautions by deliberately entering my password incorrectly first to guard against cloned sites. When I contacted customer support, they claimed my account had been cloned and that the loss was my responsibility, which I completely reject. Unauthorized access and balance loss clearly point to a security failure on Ultrabet’s side, and dismissing it as user fault is unacceptable. The canceled withdrawal transaction ID is 5445***72. I have never faced such an issue before, and I demand the immediate return of my lost 2,600 TL balance along with a thorough investigation into this incident.
