Sunshine Holiday Resort Gave Me the Wrong Room and Refused to Resolve the Issue

I made a reservation at Sunshine Holiday Resort, but when we arrived, we were told we would be given a different room than the one we booked. When we objected, instead of helping us, the staff coldly responded, "Then leave if you don’t like it." That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was completely unacceptable.

We weren’t the only ones. On the same day, other guests experienced the exact same issue—being offered rooms that didn’t match their reservations. This clearly shows it wasn’t just a one-time mistake, but a pattern.

No one from the staff made any effort to fix the problem. They didn’t care about our concerns and showed zero interest in customer satisfaction. I paid ₺ expecting a smooth vacation, not a frustrating confrontation at check-in.

Sunshine Holiday Resort, this is not how you treat paying guests. I expect an apology, an explanation, and some form of compensation for the way we were treated. Fix this issue and stop misleading your guests.
