I Stayed at Sunshine Holiday Resort and Faced Rude Staff, Dirty Rooms

We chose Sunshine Holiday Resort for a family vacation, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the problems began. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all—we couldn’t sleep because of the heat. When we reported it, no one made any effort to help.

The staff were cold, unhelpful, and completely lacking in hospitality. A simple smile or polite gesture would’ve gone a long way, but even that seemed too much to expect here.

To make things worse, basic hygiene was ignored. Plates, forks, and knives were clearly not cleaned properly—they were greasy and looked used.

I would never return to this resort and absolutely don’t recommend it to anyone. Sunshine Holiday Resort needs to seriously improve customer service, cleanliness, and basic maintenance. A vacation should feel relaxing—not frustrating.
