Sunshine Holiday Resort Canceled My Booking Last Minute—Still No Refund


I booked a 5-night stay at Sunshine Holiday Resort in December for July 24-29, paying in full well in advance. However, on July 21, just days before my trip, they suddenly informed me that there was an issue with the hotel and forced me to accept a different hotel. They gave me no real choice—either accept the alternative or request a refund.
This is completely unfair! They held my money for months, using it for their benefit, and then left me scrambling at the last minute. On top of that, their staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, even making offensive remarks. I demand an immediate full refund for this unacceptable experience. Has anyone else dealt with this? Sunshine Holiday Resort must be held accountable!
