I booked a one-night stay at Four Seasons Apart in Muğla Dalyan for my family, but the experience was a complete disappointment. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos sent to us. For a family of four, including two children, we were offered an unsanitary and unsafe attic-style room accessed by a wooden ladder. The space was far from clean and completely unsuitable for a family stay.
When we informed the staff that we didn’t want to stay and would check out, they refused to refund the payment. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction and stating we would file a complaint, they ignored us entirely.
Four Seasons Apart, this is unacceptable. I demand a full refund and accountability for misleading customers with false advertising. Respect your guests and ensure your accommodations match the descriptions provided.
