Sunshine Holiday Resort Canceled My Booking Without Notice & Blamed the Agency

I booked a stay at Sunshine Holiday Resort to unwind after a long year, only to be completely let down. The hotel canceled my reservation at the last minute, prioritizing guests with longer stays. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the travel agency (Tatil Sepeti) and left us stranded.
If their reservation system isn’t properly integrated with tour companies, then why do they even accept third-party bookings? If they only want direct reservations, they should state it clearly instead of messing with people’s vacation plans. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! I demand an explanation and proper compensation for this inconvenience and ruined trip.
