Sunshine Holiday Resort Misled Me – No Refund After Disappointing Stay

I booked Sunshine Holiday Resort because the pictures looked amazing, but when I arrived, it was nothing like I expected. The location was far from everything, and the hotel was way below the standards of other places I had considered. I had booked it for my honeymoon, yet there was no honeymoon decoration as promised.

We decided to leave and requested a refund, which they initially agreed to process within 14 days. However, despite their promise, they never refunded my money. This is completely unacceptable! This hotel is nothing like the advertised photos and does not honor its commitments. Avoid this place! Sunshine Holiday Resort, do the right thing and issue my refund immediately!
