Suno Charged After I Accidentally Subscribed and I Want a Full Refund


Hello, I downloaded the Suno app just 3–4 days ago. Without fully realizing it — and certainly without intentionally agreeing — I accidentally subscribed to a ₺10 monthly plan. I have been using the app for the past three days, but unfortunately, I did not achieve the results I was hoping for.
Today, I noticed that Suno charged ₺10 from my card. As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately went into the app and canceled the subscription. I do not want to pay for an app that I will not be using for the next month. I am requesting Suno to delete my subscription if necessary, but more importantly, refund the ₺10 they charged without my full, informed consent.
My username on the app is aynichka. I expect a prompt refund so that users like me are not forced to pay for unwanted subscriptions!
