Suno Charged Again Without Notice After I Canceled My Subscription


Hello, I used the Suno app and initially liked it. I purchased a one-time ₺10 membership, fully expecting it to be a single payment. However, around 10:00 PM on March 23, Suno charged my account again — even though I had no plans to use the app for the next month.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription repeatedly, but despite my efforts, I receive no confirmation messages and the charges keep coming. I also haven't used any of my 2,500 credit points and have no intention of using them. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a service I clearly do not want anymore.
I demand that Suno refund the second ₺10 charge immediately and properly cancel my subscription to prevent any further unauthorized withdrawals. Customers should not have to chase companies down just to stop payments they never agreed to continue!
