I Got Charged on DistroKid Without Consent Despite .edu Discount Eligibility

I signed up for DistroKid using my .edu email to benefit from the 50% student discount. I successfully purchased the basic plan with the discount, and during that process, my credit card was automatically saved to my account. Later, I was browsing other plan options out of curiosity and clicked the "Select Plan" button just to see if the discount would apply again.
To my shock, DistroKid immediately charged me ₺44 without showing a confirmation page or asking for any approval. I never authorized this second purchase. I should’ve only been charged ₺22 through the student discount again, but instead, I got billed the full amount.
I haven’t added an artist profile or made any activity on the account, and it’s only been a single day since signing up. I’ve submitted a chargeback through my bank and contacted DistroKid directly, but I still haven’t received a response. I’m requesting a full refund and want my DistroKid account permanently canceled. This kind of auto-charge without consent is unacceptable.
