Suno Ignored My Refund Request And Gave No Support After Annual Plan Purchase

I purchased an annual plan from Suno by accident, and I immediately contacted them to cancel and request a partial refund for the unused months. However, it’s been impossible to reach anyone from their team. Their so-called customer service is completely nonexistent. There is no way to contact support — their email addresses (support@suno and billing@suno) don’t respond, and their Discord channel is inaccessible. I have sent multiple messages and received no answer at all. To make things worse, I wasn’t even able to use the songs I created due to copyright issues, which makes the entire purchase useless. Yet they still refuse to provide any help or refund. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a company offering paid services. Once they take your payment, they disappear — no help, no replies, no care. No one should purchase this plan until Suno learns to take responsibility for their customers. A refund for the remaining months should be issued immediately.
