I Want a Refund for a Fraudulent Suno Transaction on My Bank Card
I discovered that on January 3, 2026, a charge of approximately $11 was made to my bank card by Suno, even though I have never had an account, membership, or any relationship with this company. The transaction was processed using the card ending in 9021, and I only became aware of it when reviewing my account activity.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted my bank. I was informed that my card may have been cloned or compromised. I have never created an account with Suno, never authorized any payment, and never provided consent for any subscription or purchase. Therefore, I completely reject this transaction and consider it unauthorized.
I request that this unauthorized charge be canceled immediately and that the full amount of approximately $11 be refunded to my card without delay. If any account, subscription, or user profile has been created using my card information, I also request that all associated records be permanently removed.
In addition, I ask that Suno investigate how this transaction occurred and implement the necessary security measures and verification controls to prevent similar incidents from affecting other users in the future. I expect a clear written explanation regarding the outcome of the investigation and the actions taken to resolve this matter.
