Suno Renewed My Annual Subscription and Charged $96 Without My Consent

My Suno Inc. account had automatic renewal enabled, and on February 23, 2026, my card was charged $96 without my knowledge or direct approval. This charge was processed as a yearly subscription renewal, even though I did not intend to continue the subscription and was unaware that the renewal would occur.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted Suno’s support team and requested a refund. However, I repeatedly received automated AI-generated responses stating only that my complaint had been received. No meaningful solution or action was provided. Later, a representative requested my username, which I promptly supplied, but despite providing the requested information, several days have passed and no refund has been issued.

To prevent a similar situation from happening again, I personally disabled the automatic renewal feature on my account. Nevertheless, I cannot accept that the $96 charge, which was processed without my active consent, remains unresolved and has not been refunded.

I request that the full $96 charged on February 23, 2026, be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding the status of my refund request and the steps being taken to address the issue. My complaint should be reviewed promptly so that this matter can be resolved fairly and without further delay.
