Suno Pro Membership Did Not Activate After My Payment Was Successfully Charged
I maintain an active monthly Pro subscription on Suno.com. My most recent payment was made on February 21, 2026, using a credit card registered in Turkey, and I was charged approximately $10 for the renewal. Despite this payment being successfully processed, my Pro membership was not reactivated, and none of the Pro features became available on my account.
In addition, I noticed that my billing cycle was not updated based on the February 21 payment date. Instead, the system continued using my original Pro subscription start date of February 7, 2026, as the billing reference. This has created confusion regarding both my subscription status and the period for which I have already paid.
The platform continues to collect subscription payments automatically from the registered credit card without requiring additional user confirmation. However, receiving payment while failing to provide the corresponding Pro access has caused both financial loss and significant disruption to my work. Because my Pro membership remained inactive during this period, my music production workflow was interrupted, resulting in a clear loss of access to the service I purchased.
I have sent multiple emails to s******@suno.com and included proof of payment while explaining the issue in detail. Despite these efforts, I have not received any response. My username is “hhalmas (KEY Music Lab),” and all subscription payments have been made using the same credit card.
I request that my one-month Pro membership be activated fully and without errors based on the payment I made on February 21, 2026, and that the service continue uninterrupted for the paid subscription period. I also ask Suno to improve transparency regarding automatic billing and subscription renewals, provide clearer user notifications, and implement stronger confirmation mechanisms to prevent similar issues from affecting other subscribers in the future.
