I Purchased a Monthly Suno Subscription but Was Billed for an Annual Plan
I purchased a subscription through the Suno ALL Song Music app on my iPhone. During the purchase process, the subscription was clearly displayed as a monthly plan priced at approximately $10. Based on the information shown on the purchase screen, I approved the transaction expecting to be charged only the monthly subscription fee.
However, after the purchase was completed, I discovered that instead of a monthly subscription, a one-year subscription had been activated and approximately $100 had been charged to my card. This amount appears clearly in my payment records and transaction receipts.
A situation where the purchase screen displays a monthly subscription while a yearly plan is activated and billed afterward is completely unacceptable. I did not knowingly approve an annual subscription, nor was I clearly informed that I would be charged for an entire year at the time of purchase.
Therefore, I request that the annual subscription activated without my knowledge be canceled and that the difference, or the full amount if applicable, be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request a detailed explanation regarding how a subscription advertised as monthly resulted in an annual charge and that steps be taken to prevent similar billing issues from affecting other users in the future.
