Suno Refund Delay After Accidental Annual Subscription Purchase

On April 3, 2026, while attempting to purchase a monthly subscription through Suno AI (suno.com), I accidentally selected the annual subscription option. As a result, approximately $100 was charged to my credit card immediately for a one-year membership.

After realizing the mistake, I sent a detailed email to b******@suno.com on April 5, 2026, explaining the situation and requesting assistance. However, despite 12 days having passed since my request (today is April 17), I have not received any response regarding either the cancellation of the subscription or the refund process.

According to information published in Suno’s own help center, users who mistakenly purchase an annual subscription instead of a monthly plan may be eligible for a partial refund. Based on this policy and my desire to exercise my right to cancel, I am requesting that my annual subscription be terminated and that the amount I paid be refunded after deducting the value of any period already used.

I have retained the payment receipt, screenshots, and all relevant correspondence related to this matter. I respectfully request that my claim be reviewed, my annual subscription be canceled, and my refund be processed as soon as possible in accordance with Suno’s stated policies. I also expect a clear written response regarding the status of my request and the timeline for resolution.
